If you’re a man and you have a round stomach, or if you’re dating someone with a bit more to love in the gut and you’re wondering why, then know that diet is most likely the largest factor. There are many foods that people find very hard to resist, but these foods are causing their waistlines to increase, even if they are satisfying their cravings.
If you want to lose that gut, then you need to lose donuts. If you consume only one glazed donut (which,regardless of taste, is of the most boring of donuts) then you’re consuming 260 calories, with just one donut. Ice cream is another vice that people struggle with, so try enjoying just a half cup instead of multiple scoops or a half container. A half cup of most ice creams only contains 100 calories.
Perhaps you like consuming junk food in an easier way. Many Americans enjoy a snack that they can pull out of the cabinet and eat while they’re watching television, which is why it is so easy to gain weight eating potato chips. There are 160 calories from just 15 chips, so if you’re the type of person that likes to eat half of a bag then you could easily be the type of person with a weight issue. There are other snacks that you can eat that will satisfy your cravings. There are only 100 calories in six cups of fat-free popcorn, so the next time you’re watching a movie or a TV show, try eating that instead. You’ll get just as full but not as fat.

Sugar, Bread, Soda, Fast Food, will do it! eating a lot of sugar such as soda, will break the Immune system down; I will say this is a good article..Let’s stay away from white sugar, white bread, soda, cut back on fast food…Let’s exercise, take better care of ourselves in 2013!

No white flour, breads or dairy products. Definitely cut out the sugars of all kinds and that include all the fake sweeteners. Cut down or cut out altogether sodas.

Stay away from pork at all costs. Not only will you lose weight, but your cholesterol will go down too. Three white doctors and one asian doctor said that pork is not good for black people.

Get active, get a gym membership, start running on the treadmill, incorporate weights, stretching and change ur diet. Stop eating late, and eating fast foods. It is totally impossible to eliminate sugar, bread or fried foods from ur diet, but u can minimize them.Exercise is pivotal…burn calories!!!
