Mark Dice does a nice video here about rappers who eventually went broke. He’s a bit condescending in his language and borderline racist, but it’s not as if he’s not speaking the truth about rappers and the corporations that control them. The video is a deep description of what’s wrong with hip-hop music and why people end up financially devastated by copying the actions of the rappers they see on TV.
Mass consumption in the United States is one of the leading causes of debt overload, bankruptcy and the financial problems of the federal government. With rappers promoting this kind of consumption to the public, is it any surprise that most of us are struggling financially?
